Son of Qaysar Khanum and Mirza Rahim Mirpanj Afshar; husband of Aljay Afshar Subataylu. They had a son named Rahim (Tamqach) Afshar. Akbar Afshar was the brother of Husayn Afshar Ustajlu (Ustashlu).
